Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to appointments, tests, scans, and health check-up services booked with Sri Venkateswara Diagnostic & Scans through our website, phone, or direct visit.

Appointment Cancellation

Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling before the scheduled appointment time by contacting our centre.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if payment was made in advance and the service has not been started or completed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable once the test, scan, sample collection, consultation, or diagnostic procedure has started or been completed.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled based on slot availability. Please contact us as early as possible for changes.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of failed, duplicate, or excess payment, patients should contact us with payment proof. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

Centre-Initiated Cancellation

If an appointment is cancelled by our centre due to unavoidable reasons, the patient may choose either rescheduling or refund, where applicable.
